Dodge Durango Citadel HEMI V8 Model 2014 represents the most higher level level of this model range. The vehicle is available with the powerful engine 5.7 HEMI V8 delivering 360 horsepower and a maximum torque of 530Nm at 4250 rpm. It is equipped with an 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission with PaddleShift gear selection on the steering wheel. The Citadel V8 model features permanent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) with a reduction (dual-speed transfer case for towing).

Its luxurious 7-seat interior is styled with beige perforated leather. The front seats are power adjustable in 10 ways, including power adjustable lumbar support. Driver’s seat, steering wheel, and mirror settings can be saved in memory. The front seats are heated and ventilated. The second-row seats are heated and foldable for easier access to the third-row seats. The vehicle’s interior also includes leather door trim, a multifunction heated steering wheel with perforated leather, and power adjustable steering column in two axes. The occupants have access to a 3-zone automatic climate control system. Interior sound is provided by the premium Alpine audio system with 9 speakers and a subwoofer with a total output of 507W. A fully graphical 7″ infotainment display informs the driver about the vehicle’s status, including partial user-configurable appearance. The driver’s armrest has a double-deck design, and the second-row armrest has cup holders.

Comfort features of the vehicle include remote start, which allows preheating the engine and interior in cold weather. Keyless entry and push-button start, power operated rear liftgate. Adaptive xenon headlights with SmartBeam technology automatically switch between high and low beams, LED daytime running lights. Front and rear parking sensors and a parking camera are provided. The vehicle is equipped with a range of assistance features. Adaptive cruise control with automatic stop function. Forward Collision Alert with Active Braking, blind spot detection, and perpendicular parking assistant. When towing, the driver has access to Trailer Sway Control alongside the reinforced engine cooling system and reduction gearbox. This assistant utilizes a combination of stabilization systems to help stabilize the trailer’s movement by selectively braking wheels and reducing engine power in case of sway. The result is reduced trailer sway and increased driver confidence behind the wheel.

5.7L HEMI V8

Legendary american V8 that has proven itself across the whole Dodge and RAM linep. It provides the traditional bubbly sound and a lot of torque in lower rpms for the typical V8 pull. The engine features an MDS system that deactivates 4 cylinders when to improve fuel economy when it's not necessary to use the full HEMI power. Standard engine for the R/T trim.

Sensors around the rear of the car detect vehicles approaching from the left and right and warning alert the driver to stop.
