New Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C8 3LT Z51 with next generation of Chevrolet’s 6.2 V8 DI VVT LT2 474 HP and maximum torque 613 Nm. Acceleration from 0 to 100 in unbelievable 3.5 seconds, results are comparable with supersports. Comparison is also in place due to a major change in C8’s chasis style. It’s now designed as a mid-engine sports car which dramaticaly changes its weight distribution, handling and the way torque is transferred to the road. The optional Z51 Performance packageadds bigger brakes, 13.3″ in the front and 13.8″ on rear axle. Electronic Limited Slip Differential is essential to improve grip on all surfaces. The front axle has a lift system, it’s possible to heighten its ground clearance by 40mm for safer parking, going over speed bumps etc. In coordination with a GPS system it’s possible to save the places where more clearance is recorded to memory, from which they can be recognized and the lift system is applied automatically.
